We show that the backreaction of left-handed neutrinos out equilibrium on matter sector induces an electric current proportional to a magnetic field even without chiral imbalance for electrons in core-collapse supernovae. derive transport coefficient this effect based recently formulated radiation theory neutrinos. This generates strong via so-called plasma instability, which could provide new mechanism and stable magnetars. also numerically study physical origin inverse cascade energy magnetohydrodynamics including current.
